This sector contains personnel management tasks which are related to personnel processes and to the daily management of personnel and employment in the company. Through these tasks, the HR maintain the infrastructure of the company in relation to its personnel, and ensure that the company operates in accordance with legislation, collective agreements, and generally accepted guidelines.
